This is your time. Come with your list of questions, your worries, your hopes, and your birth plan. Dr. Maghen will sit down with you, unhurried and without an agenda, to get to know you, understand your values and parenting philosophy, and make sure everyone feels genuinely cared for before your little one takes their first breath.
During your prenatal visit, Dr. Maghen will walk you through what to expect in those first hours after delivery — from hospital newborn exams and procedures to feeding, weight checks, jaundice screening, and your baby’s very first well visit. No detail is too small, and no question is ever silly.
Dr. Maghen will visit you and your newborn in the hospital following delivery and guide you through the first few days. He is on-staff at Cedars Sinai Hospital.
