As a Los Angeles native, Dr. Maghen is excited to serve his hometown after training at NYU Langone Hospital Long Island and the Technion Israel Institute of Medicine. His experience with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and private practice led him to build something more: Maghen Pediatrics.
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Maghen approaches every visit as a conversation — unhurried, attentive, and always centered on your child. As a new father himself, he understands firsthand the joy, sleepless nights, and unconditional love that comes with raising a child.

Absolutely. We reserve appointments every day specifically for sick and urgent visits. Call us directly or book online so we can prioritize your child's care right away — no urgent care waiting rooms needed.
We are in-network with most major PPO plans, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We also offer self-pay and sliding scale options — we will never turn a family away for inability to pay. Give us a call if you have questions about your specific plan.
Contact us. Dr. Maghen makes himself personally available for true emergencies and urgent concerns outside of regular office hours. For non-emergencies, please reach out the next business day. In the case of a true emergency, never hesitate to call 911.
