As a Los Angeles native, Dr. Maghen is excited to be serving his hometown after training in both New York at the NYU Langone Hospital Long Island and at the Technion Israel Institute of Medicine. His experience includes working with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and working in private practice, earning the trust of families one relationship at a time — and quietly dreaming of something more.
That dream became Maghen Pediatrics.
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Maghen approaches every visit as a conversation: unhurried, attentive, and always centered on your child. He makes himself personally available for emergencies, because a sick child doesn't wait for office hours, and neither should your peace of mind.
Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Dr. Maghen enjoys being outdoors, hiking, spending time with his family, and football — both real and fantasy. As a new father, he knows firsthand the joy, sleepless nights, and unconditional love that comes with raising a child.

Hospital Affiliation
Dr. Maghen is on-staff at Cedars-Sinai Hospital and will visit you and your newborn in the hospital following delivery, guiding your family through those first precious and sometimes overwhelming days.
